Our Construction Services Division has many talents. Dennis Corporation’s inspection staff are certified by the Office of School Facilities (OSF) to perform Chapter 1 and Chapter 17 Inspections for educational facilities in South Carolina. Our certified inspectors are familiar with the International Building Codes (IBC), Mechanical Codes, Electrical Codes and Plumbing Codes. We endeavor to meet the  needs of our clients, ensuring structures comply with all building codes and contract documents. All of our inspection staff are properly trained and have the equipment to provide these inspections in a timely manner.
