  • Will assist in A/E selection;
  • Provide design review;
  • Provide public relations; and
  • Cash flow forecasting

BID AND AWARD PHASE

  • Will pre-qualify bidders;
  • Advertise for bids;
  • Provide bid analysis; and
  • Draft contract documents

CONSTRUCTION PHASE

  • Will attend construction conferences;
  • Develop material schedules,
  • Provide progress payments;
  • Provide construction administration;
  • Perform testing and inspection; and
  • Maintain records

POST-CONSTRUCTION PHASE

  • Will provide a certificate of occupancy and as-builts
