Dennis Corporation’s Building Construction Management Division leverages our qualified and experienced personnel to deliver high quality professional construction management services to our clients. Quality, Time and Budget (QTB) goals and objectives are the top priority for each project. Dennis Corporation’s Building Construction Management Division offers construction management services but not general contracting service. This is an additional client benefit as it gives the Division independence in representing the owner/client’s interests without conflict of interest.

SERVICES:

  • Provide On-Site Construction Project Management Representative, Who Will Act as the “Owner’s Advocate” at All Times
  • Ensure That All Necessary Permits and Certifications Have Been Obtained
  • Facilitate All Construction Progress Meetings and Provide Written Reports
  • Monitor Labor and Materials Progress
  • Resolve Any Conflicts; Mediate Any Disputes
  • Recommend When Change Orders Should Be Used and Ensure Their Validity
 
  • Provide Technical Inspections and Quality Control Monitoring
  • Monitor the Quality of All Workmanship and Materials
  • Monitor All Progress Payments and Provide Status Reports that Include Funding, Allocation and Project Costs
  • Provide Cash Flow Projections and Ongoing Budget Analysis
  • Provide Detailed Monitoring of Construction Scheduling
  • Coordinate Final Check Out and Punch List

To include engineers and contractors during the construction project, the Building Construction Management Division serves as an active liaison between the company and outside vendors. Dennis Corporation, as a construction manager, participates as the owner's representative throughout the project to ensure client goals are achieved. Our record for delivering projects on schedule and within budget is credited to our experienced staff who coordinate between architectural, engineering and construction teams for quick issue resolution. As the owner’s representative, our team ensures project fulfillment.
