Dennis Corporation’s Building Construction Management Division offers construction management services but not general contracting service. This is an additional client benefit as it gives the Division independence in representing the owner/client’s interests without conflict of interest.

To include engineers and contractors during the construction project, the Building Construction Management Division serves as an active liaison between the company and outside vendors. Dennis Corporation, as a construction manager, participates as the owner's representative throughout the project to ensure client goals are achieved. Our record for delivering projects on schedule and within budget is credited to our experienced staff who coordinate between architectural, engineering and construction teams for quick issue resolution.
