PRE-CONSTRUCTION PHASE

Will assist in A/E selection;

BID AND AWARD PHASE
Will pre-qualify bidders;
Advertise for bids;
Provide bid analysis; and
Draft contract documents
CONSTRUCTION PHASE
Will attend construction conferences;
Develop material schedules,
Provide progress payments;
Provide construction administration;
Perform testing and inspection; and
Maintain records
POST-CONSTRUCTION PHASE
Will provide a certificate of occupancy and as-builts.
